Quickly judge the battery status by testing the voltage difference of open-circuit voltage and final voltage, and can also record the voltage difference of each battery to judge the equalization of the entire battery group.

The selection of the test current and time:
The Max. discharging current 20A/25A/30A/35A/40A/45A/50A for selection,
The discharging time 30"/60"/90"/120" for selection.
Taking the 12V VRLA battery as a sample:
1. The Test Current is selected to 30A and the Test Time is selected to 30s when the open-circuit voltage (Initial Voltage) is in 11.5V-12.0V around.
2. The Test Current is selected to 50A and the Test Time is selected to 60s when the open-circuit voltage (Initial Voltage) is in 12.0V-12.5V around.
3. The Test Current is selected to 50A and the Test Time is selected to 60s when the open-circuit voltage (Initial Voltage) is greater than 12.5V. (Notes: Sometimes the voltage of the battery with a higher open-circuit is stable during the first test, so one more time test is needed, the voltage change of the bad battery will appear in the second test)
The discharging current and discharging time of this device is selected according to the open-circuit voltage of the tested battery, and then judges the status of the battery by comparing the voltage difference between the initial voltage before the test and the cut-off voltage after the test. The accuracy is above 90%.
If the voltage difference between the Initial Voltage before the test and the Cut-off Voltage after test >=2V, the tested battery can be judged as a doubtful battery, it can be returned to the manufacturer.
If the voltage difference between the Initial Voltage before the test and the Cut-off Voltage after test <2V, the tested battery can be judged as a good status battery, it is recommended to process the charging and discharging detection again to make the final checking.
This device is only applicable for the test of the 6V/8V/12V/16V/18V single batteries, to test the battery pack is strictly prohibited!
