Hybrid Electric Car Ni-MH/Lithium Battery Charge and Discharge Testing Balance Maintenance Tester Analyzer HBT2010 is suitable for capacity testing, charge characteristic testing, data grading and matching, balance charge and discharge maintenance, internal resistance testing of various batteries of Nickel-Metal Hydride, Nickel-Chromium, Lithium, Lead-acid. The isolation detection technology can determine the location of the defective modules without disassembling the battery pack. It can balance charge and discharge the unbalanced battery pack and restore the battery pack to normal balance.
The device is integrated with Battery Temperature Monitoring System, work step switching and charging stop can be realized by setting the temperature to ensure accurate and safe battery testing & maintenance with unattended.
It is widely used in the detection and repair of traction batteries in electric vehicle maintenance and service industries, especially for the detection and maintenance of hybrid batteries composed of 4.8V/7.2V/9.6V/14.4V battery modules. Such as Honda, Toyota, Lexus, Nissan, Ford, Porsche and other hybrid vehicle models.
