In addition to providing user manual and operation videos, after you purchase the equipment, we will also provide operation training and guidance support through telephone, email, video, social media, remote connection and other ways, so as to ensure that you are proficient in the operation and use of the equipment. 12-Month Warranty, Lifelong After-Sale Service And Free Technology Service

DEKANG company provides users with a 12-month warranty period and provides lifetime technical services and free technical services. For overseas users, the effective date of the warranty period is one year after the customer receives the equipment. During the product warranty period, the users will be favored with free after-sales service. 

During the warranty period, if the products happen the malfunction, we will analyze and determine the cause of the failure by phone, email, video, remote connection, social media in the first time. Free replacement parts will be dispatched to the user by DHL, UPS, TNT or FEDEX at our account and guide the user to replace the failure parts via phone, email, video, remote connection, social media. 
The modular design of our equipment makes it easy to install and replace.

After the warranty period, the cost of replacement parts will be charged. If you pay for the replacement parts, you can enjoy a free warranty within half a year from the maintenance date for the same problem.

Once you become the user of DEKANG, Lifelong free technology service provided by us, the users can advise malfunction and inquire about the maintenance technology through the telephone, fax, email, and social media, etc. We will provide you with the earliest solutions to ensure that your equipment is duly maintained and can be used normally. 

Paid service
The conditions below not included in the free maintenance range, the company provide the paid service, kindly note:
►Do not operate or use as per the manual and cause the damage
►The instrument was disassembled or repaired by the non-authorized person by our company
►Unexpected factors or man-made causes the damage, such as the water inflowing, mechanical damage, falling, burning and so on.
